Error for oxpoints page

On this page - https://talks.ox.ac.uk/talks/department/id/oxpoints:23232740 (NDM) there is a list of sub units, this includes the Public Health Cluster Nairobi and the KEMRI collaboration, clicking on these links gives an error. Interestingly these are the oxpoints IDs we identified as throwing an error in the logs a few months back:

These IDs aren’t in the places API, which pulls its data from the source oxpoints database.
I also tried querying the database to find either series or events which have that id set as the organising department, but there don’t seem to be any, so I’m not sure where they’re coming from at the moment.
