Add 'host' field (as per organizers and speakers).

I will check to see if any other information is missing from the feeds.

I have checked and can confirm that there are tickets for any other missing items from the results given by the search endpoint:

#303

One question - should information about be expanded - or would you expect a separate request to the API for that?
