Contacts plugin should be using Android Intents #91

If we move to using an intent to add a contact then we don't need to request permissions for modifying contacts/phonebook etc.

This approach is documented here http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/providers/contacts-provider.html#Intents

Seems to be more inline with the Android way of doing things than what we're doing now...
