courseDetail (courses/details/:id)

In some rare occasions (e.g. direct link to a course details page), the API might return an HTTP 404 response when requesting details of a course.

The request handler at https://github.com/ox-it/moxie-js-client/blob/master/app/courses/router.js#L57 should handle errors and show an appropriate error message.
