Exclude underground structures from the OpenStreetMap styling #3

In OpenStreetMap, this is expressed using the key "location" [1]. In Oxford, the Radcliffe Camera [2] "underground" buildings are not marked with this key.
It doesn't look like our import of OSM and its mapping (using imposm) is handling the case of underground nor tilemill (location is not one of the field that is imported).
Needs further investigation but doesn't look like it will be an easy fix.
