This Epic Issue is about the creation of a CMS (Content Management System) for Yupi Emulator with the following characteristics:

Made from Scratch
Really tiny
OOP + MVC
Fully Documented
NEED BE REALLY TINY/FAST
Using Bootrstrap or ZURB's Foundation
Login/Register/Edit User Data/Home/News/Client/Staff Page
Tiny HK with the capabilities of:
1. Login
2. Edit User
3. Design like HoloCMS Housekeeping or like this (click here)
4. Edit/Delete/Create New
5. Edit Client/CMS Settings (Maintenance or Not, Title, Description & Logo)
Independent Database
Language System
Maintenance Page

Sorry that I'm responsing so late. I started with an CMS w/ Laravel as framework.

Repository owner locked and limited conversation to collaborators

Observation.: The CMS will not communicate with Database ONLY with the REST module
