In Cameroon, students often lack access to mentoring opportunities. While some universities attempt to offer mentorship programs, they encounter challenges such as unskilled mentors and lack of motivation.
Existing Solution
In development communities like OSSCameroon, students can learn from skilled developers (both diaspora and local). However, finding a personal mentor remains difficult.
Proposed Solution
We propose a platform that connects Cameroonian experts in the diaspora with public and private institutions in Cameroon. The goal is to facilitate skill exchange, particularly in priority sectors of the economy.
