Currently when the BOT is installed on JIRA, it is creating the repository inside GITHUB without issue, but creator's ID is always JIRA BOT it is not putting any indication in comment or name who initiated that branch creation from JIRA for audit purposes, is there a way to handle it?

The branch will always be created by the JIRA bot app. I don't believe it would be possible to identify the user initiating it. Code commits would belong to users but the branch would be the bot.
