MonitorAdminMBean interface proposal

Hello,

JMX Management Model could be used not only as a part of OSGi Enterprise. This JMX bundle could provide additional MBeans for Compendium Services that are not part of OSGi Enterprise Specification (e.g. MonitorAdmin, WireAdmin etc.)

In the attachment you can find proposal for MonitorAdminMBean interface.

Needs to be taken into account in the RFC 169 work.
