I rely on custom searches to produce my daily agenda (e.g. NEXT state or :project: tag). However, sometimes I delete/rename notebooks on my computer, and need to clear the database and re-sync (See #287).

I think at least the custom search queries should be preserved when clearing the database. Having to re-enter them again and again is a hassle.

"Clear database" is really there for debugging purposes mostly, so I wouldn't change the way it works.

But a new "Delete all notebooks" could be added. I'm assuming repositories configuration should be kept as well.

@x-ji How do you achieve to clear your database? I want to delete all my notebooks, sync to another repo and resync all again.

Thanks for the help.
