Full Text Search

Support full text search, including:

• text at the top of notebooks
• text under headlines

Background

It seems orgzly search only matches headlines. When I search for text that only occurs in the body of a headline or the top of a notebook, no results come up.

The way I use org on desktop relies heavily on full text search - often what I am searching for is buried below a headline. Until this feature is implemented orgzly cannot be used for full knowledge base search.

Hm, full text search seems to work for items in my first repository, but not my second. This is possibly a bug.
