Is there any plan to change hydration to resumability as Qwik or Marko?

I think the signals are fine, but their real potential is when instead of hydration you do resumability, because then you avoid carrying all the JS just to maintain the initial state in the client. I would like to know if making this change is in the Vue roadmap or if you prefer to keep hydration. Thank you very much.
