How to access oracle database

I have followed Guide: https://serenity.is/docs/oracle, but it didnot work.

1. Installed Oracle.ManagedDataAccess
2. Add In appsettings.json

 "WMS_DB": {

      "ProviderName": "Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client"
    }

3. Add in StartUp as below,

It said
Could not load file or assembly 'System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager' Version=4.0.3.0

so try to install nuget package System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager

Hi, thanks for your feedback, I have installed nuget package System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager。
Could you please help me to check my appsettings is right or not

After I change the appsettings, I success to get the tables.
