So folks are busy in reallife - I totally get it.
GoboLinux is still awesome though, even if it dwells now at a slow pace or dormancy. But ideas don't die.
Hisham gave thoughts in the past about the file system, but also things such as ViewFS. Even if Hisham
and the other crew no longer have the time available in their younger years, it would be still nice to
read thoughts, pertaining to GoboLinux. I can see that Hisham is busy with lua, but I am more of a
ruby guy, so lua is not in my primary focus, whereas GoboLinux was (in the past, also when I was
younger; I am not a professional programmer, though, just a hobbyist).
Hisham blogs every now and then here:

So my request, kind of, would be whether Hisham may blog about things pertaining to the IDEA
behind GoboLinux in the future, such as ViewFS and other things that were thought in the past.
So, not necessarily writing code, but at ideas, e. g. what is missing from modern distributions.
For instance, I always thought it would be interesting to combine the best of NixOS and GoboLinux,
e. g. reproducible builds and guaranteeing that specifications would be verifiable. But, the aesthics
more of GoboLinux. Things like that.
Anyway, feel free to ignore this, that's perfectly fine - writing content takes time, and having good
ideas takes time too. :)
Happy new year to you people in Brazil and elsewhere from central Europe! \o/
