Add IR Remote application

Would it be possible to create a new general IR Remote application? It would be very useful as there is no such free and open-source application for Android. I can help to maintain IR code for various remotes. The app could read a yml, xml, json etc. file for remote data.

Thanks for the suggestion, but currently we don't plan adding new apps (see: https://github.com/orgs/FossifyOrg/discussions/166#discussioncomment-9417721).
