Health check not complete (not taking into account syncing of ancient blocks) #2

Etheruem might finished syncing and got to the tip of the block chain but it still doesn't mean that if we'll request an ancient block he will have it.

As it's still might be syncing older snapshots. The health check needs to account for that.
