It would be good if, by default, Form Builder asked you to choose from a small number of templates:

  • Single-page form
  • Wizard form (maybe with already 2 sections created)
  • Single-column form
  • etc.

This would also be a first step towards letting administrators add more form templates, or even form authors (#1414).
