  • remove inline <xbl:xbl> (at least those for section templates)
  • remove migration information (doesn't hurt but is noise)

+1 from customer

Scenarios:

  • user pasting published form definition retrieved from the database
  • custom persistence implementations that merge published form definitions with saved form definitions
