When @RDM is used on the declaration of type parameter's upper bound, suggests to use other qualifiers. #9

For example:

@Immutable interface ImmutableInterface<E extends @ReceiverDependantMutable Object> {}

We should issue a warning that suggests to use @Immutable instead, because after the viewpoint adaption, the type of Object can only be @Immutable.
