Improve performance SPDX conversion #175

In Test state of SPDX --> .opossum conversion #160 (comment) it was found that converting a 15 MB SPDX file took about 15h on a developer laptop
As this is not acceptable, investigate how to improve the performance and implement the improvements
Goals would be to end up in the few min area max

Actually the performance problems could be caused by the python library for SPDX.
Example issues: spdx/tools-python#818 spdx/tools-python#790
