The morphology query runs very slowly. This is probably a result of the OPTIONALs in the query.

Until this is fixed I can pull in the morphology files from CElegansConnectome.

Closing this as it is "overcome by events". The morphology query is dependent on an approach for storage of cell morphology that is unlikely to be pursued going forward. #304 attempts to address the problem of redesigning the method for accessing morphology.
