非常感谢贡献此项目供我们学习！
我在windows 8.1下编译成功，但运行时识别结果汉字部分为乱码，
我也尝试在vs 项目编译选项中加上 /utf-8，但还是一样会乱码
请问应该如何解决

Windows我没有试过，请问这个问题在linux上会出现吗

在windows 8.1 windows10下均出现乱码，Linux下正常

window下打开一命令行窗口输入
chcp 65001
