  • update go.mod and go.work to 1.22
  • set toolchain if needed
  • update CI
  • update lint - enable copyloopvar

Looks like SDK is 1.21 and Service is 1.22. Unless there's a specific feature we need in 1.22 for SDK we should maintain the LTS version so our SDK is compatible with as many existing Go projects as possible.
