Toggle styles by time of day #1069

I use stylus mostly for dark theme styles in the evening/night. However during the day I would like to have these styles disabled. I would be nice if there is an option to set a time span when either a single or all scripts are enabled/disabled. Whatever is the cheapest implementation.
