As a user of the system, I would like to be able to capture the location (GPS point) of where the client in OpenSRP lives.

I will want to capture this when registering a person or during a household visit after registration. It's important for it to be accessible (but not required) when registering or editing the information about a person.

It is also important to be able to remove the GPS of a person. Ie) you go to a house and find they no longer live there but you don't know the new location.

Initially, capturing the GPS is adequate. In the future, we will want to be able to link the location of where they live to a physical structure.
