Adding SANs for ingress apps

I'm trying to get valid certs using this operator and include a SAN for the URL that will be created by the route resource. I plan to enable passthrough for certain routes and have the apps pick up their certs from the k8s secrets generated by this operator. Is there a way to add SANs to the cert request?

I can add more details as requested. I'm pretty new to OCP so please lmk if im missing something or there is a better practice
