Add Scopus and WOD Identifiers for bibo:Documents as data properties

As Scopus and ISI IDs are already available for foaf:Person, I would suggest to define two new data properties as subproperties of bibo:identifier with bibo:Document as Domain in order to be able to specify both the Scopus ID and WOS ID for a document.
