Indiana County Names to fix:
'Clar':'Clark' ,'LaPort':'La Porte'
A state wide rollup of Indiana is -1164 for Trump, and +3300 for Clinton. The error for Trump is distributed across the state, I haven't looked into Clinton yet.

Fixed the names. I see some discrepancies compared to http://www.in.gov/apps/sos/election/general/general2016, is that what you're using?

Yeah, I was checking against that on the county level.

Fwiw: I've been using Dave Wasserman's spreadsheet to check state roll ups http://cookpolitical.com/story/10174
