Discard changes on Library Info Sidebar breaks the library #1200

Follow-up issue of #1138

The Discard changes button doesn't work and breaks the library: After clicking Discard changes one time, the user was not able to publish the library anymore.

Acceptance criteria

  • Fix the issue.
  • Disable the Discard changes button when the library is "New" (Never published).
