In Scope:

  • When users have a component in their clipboard, they see a "Paste Component" button in the New Component sidebar.
  • If they do not have a component on the clipboard, they do not see the paste button.
  • Clicking on the button adds the component to the Library
  • The newly pasted component will automatically display as the most recently modified component on the Library Home page and the Component tab.
  • The user needs to be able to copy content from a course and paste it into the library.
  • We don't support units in libraries, so if you copy a unit from a course, it should not let you paste it into the library.

Hi @jmakowski1123, I created this task to develop paste content as #1108 is done. Also, I added the estimation of this. Let me know if all is ok.

@jmakowski1123 I think the SOW is already signed, so we must add this to another Epic. CC @bradenmacdonald
