delta view prototype for sunnier days

Detailed Description

Set up a special feature branch off of the delta view branch that pulls data from July when there is more sun in the forecast.

Context

The reason we want to create this prototype branch is to show users the delta view with more more "interesting" data than what we currently have in January.

Possible Implementation

Start with the code in #297 for pulling data from an interesting month.
