Detailed Description

Add a demo site that always loads a certain day of data.

Context

Good to have interactive app that has fairly static data, so we can show them a good forecast

Possible Implementation

  1. Update dummy data to a particular day
  2. use env variable to load this data, instead of dummy data. This might already be done in some of the cypress testing works
  3. Setup new vercel env which load that dummy data.
  4. Add to Auth0 the website, for example demo.nowcasting.io so that log in works

Thanks @peterdudfield This might also be useful for manual testing of UI changes, as will be easier to compare before & after on a fixed set of data. I'm not sure I'd agree with low priority, but we can discuss in the wider context, and not immediately urgent for sure.

This is becoming more important. From recent discussions on UI for Delta view, we have talked about providing data / map(s) to Elisabeth so she can make design decisions better. (@braddf discussed). We could leverage the same dates in a demo set to take data from for Elisabeth, so we can test design decisions when implemented better in realistic conditions (in Winter this is hard as solar is so low).
