Typos in ADL 15 grammers

I found typos in ADL 1.5 document.

• "c_attributes" at l 3 from the bottom of page 115 seems to be "c_attribute_defs" with regards to the latter sections.
• There is inconsistency between "c_attributes_tupple" at the l 4 from the bottom of page 116 and "c_attribute_tuple" at th l9 from the top of page 1 page 117.

• c_primitive list has "c_terminology_code", but no definition about "c_terminology_code".
