Search - Medium field doesn't have "Select All"

When searching for a resource, users mostly might not know which resource medium is available.

I went into couchdb resources and selected a resource to view the document medium type.

I then field the search form with all available "Open" parameters. Because I am forced to select a medium, I choose the medium that has more types.. i.e Audio/Video/Books,

The result returns empty. Can we have the option for all medium
