Expected Behavior

The ability to apply the Web connectivity test only for one of lists of countries ( as example: eg.csv ).
The ability to apply the Web connectivity test only for global list.

Actual Behavior

probe-CLI generally performs all tests or only selects an one type of tests

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1.Added the ability to apply the Web Connectivity test on one of lists of countries ( as example: eg.csv ) or the global list.

  • Platform:Gnu/Linux
  • Subsystem: Ubuntu 20.04
