Clear Live Stream count when Network Error occurs

I've been having internet issues for the past few days. I had been watching a stream when my internet connection died. WiFi was still active but the link (via the modem) was dead. A few hours later (yes, multiple hour connection outage (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ︵┻━┻) I noticed that the Shiver badge still had a 1 next to it.

This should probably be cleared when error states occur. OAuth errors, network errors, etc.

Yeah, I have to redo this entire part of the app. It's pretty ugly. That said, all I get are status codes back from Twitch... so I'm not sure I can throw an OAuth error or anything like that. I'll definitely investigate though and get that silly count fixed. :<
