秀丸エディタのアウトプット枠からタグジャンプできない #2

プロジェクトファイルとソースコードが異なる位置にあると、秀丸のアウトプット枠からタグジャンプできない。

（修正方法）
VisualStudioがコンパイル時に出力するファイルパスを全て絶対パスに変換する。

（メモ）
visual_studio.vim が確かそんな処理を入れていた気がする。
ちらっと見た記憶がある。
