Disable theme in program

Now that we have theme weights it doesnt seem possible to disable a theme. If one theme is set to 100 and every other theme is set to 0 then it still advances because they're technically still enabled. Can 0 be disabled?

0 is disabled already! Are you sure? Remember it can take a little while to load the new themes after a switch.

I believe the problem is that when you switch from one scene to another, it takes a while to load in those new pictures.

If you want to have all the pictures/text swap exactly every X seconds, you cannot do this, as the themes will slowly merge from one to another.
