As an operations engineer I want to be able to label GKE nodes to create billing reports containing separate node pools costs.

Deploy to cluster additional tool which will label nodes (check the cluster label and put the same label on the nodes)

Cluster labels: WPM ODAHU
Node pools labels: ODAHU FLOW + имя кластера
Node labels from the node pool: not realized yet.

We need to decide on labeling approach. The simplest one we would add to the label "ODAHU"
