Deprecate old domain for new domain

The domain https://cobweb-aclevo.org/ should be deprecated as we are no longer Cob:web-Aclevo. We should discuss how to deprecate the old domain for instance, with a new domain such as teamcobweb.github.io.

I would clarify steps to take to make the move as painless to us as the public. Please let me know what you think and your opinion on the matter.

i believe that unless you want to make other changes to the website that you simply change the domain of the existing website however if you want to make other changes to the website then you should make a new website.
