Knowledge file missing on the front site after creating a new agent in Admin UI, but appears after chatbot interaction. #1947

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Log in to the Admin UI with admin credentials.
  • Navigate to the Agent Management section.
  • Click "Create New Agent" and complete the setup.
  • Move to the Front Site and open the agent’s Knowledge File section.
  • Observe that the Knowledge File is missing.
  • Enter a query in the Chatbot.
  • Observe that the Knowledge File appears only after interacting with the chatbot.

Note: Admin site Knowledge radio button is ON

Expected Result:
The Knowledge File should be visible on the front site immediately after creating a new agent.

Actual Result:
The Knowledge File is missing on the front site initially.
