"Failed to fetch" error occurs when uploading a PDF file in the Knowledge File section.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the Knowledge File section.
• Click on the Upload File option.
• Select a PDF file and attempt to upload it.
• Observe that a "Failed to fetch" error message is displayed.

Expected Result:
The PDF file should be uploaded successfully and listed in the Knowledge File section.
If there is an issue, a proper error message should indicate the reason (e.g., file size limit, format restrictions).

Actual Result:
The system displays a "Failed to fetch" error, preventing the user from uploading the PDF.
