Does TOSCA need a *standard* profile

Now that we have removed the Simple Profile type definitions from the TOSCA standard, I find myself frequently duplicating basic definitions for artifact types, capability and relationship types, and even interface types. It would be really helpful to create a standard profile that provides a function similar to standard libraries in other languages so that I can include that profile and avoid duplication. This profile would be maintained as a community contribution and we would strongly encourage developers of other profiles to use that profile as a starting point. Is there an appetite to work on such a profile?
