When we provision an environment (perf/staging) it usually takes a couple of tries and some manual guesswork/analysis to get the whole thing setup.

We have tooling in place (oae-provisioning, slapchop, oae-fabric, ..) in-place which helps with this, but it could use some little more TLC to iron out a couple of dependencies.

Ideally, we should be able to run fab ulous in oae-provisioning/staging and spin up an entire staging cluster from scratch. When doing this work, proper documentation, workflows and/or guidelines should be written to help other new people with spinning up an environment.
