Describe the issue

There are issues regarding --rhi=vulkan command on the AtomSampleViewer Debug and Profiling Tools Workflow Tests and AtomSampleViewer Features Workflow Tests workflow documentation pages:

AtomSampleViewer Debug and Profiling Tools Workflow Tests "Test procedure:" Section - --Debug and Profiling Tools=vulkan - all should be --rhi=vulkan.
AtomSampleViewer Features Workflow Tests "Test procedure:" Section - --Features=vulkan - all should be --rhi=vulkan.
