Notebooks don't sync with evernote #219
Comments
Can you run: killall everpad-provider
everpad-provider -- verbose perform sync and post output? |
Notebook Work remote |
I've noticed now that the sync is only working one way. From evernote site to my client but not the other way. |
Only for notebooks or for notes too? |
Notes as well :( |
Try to reauthorise and sync. |
Things have returned to their normal state 👍. Notes and notebooks are now synchronizing back and forth. |
WARNING: removing the authorization and reauthorizing does remove all non-synced local notes. So be sure to back them up in a text editor or something first. |
In Ubuntu 12.10, just installed Everpad and authorised, but it never picks any already-existing notes or notebooks from my Evernote account, which renders it entirely useless, of course. Have tried reauthorising, to no avail. Seems to me it never once tries to sync. I don't know why there is not a "Sync" button so that one can manually make it sync. |
I would also really like a "sync" button to manually sync everpad with evernote. I don't see how else you can manually do so even though you can select that option in settings and management. |
You can sync simply by selecting the 'Last Sync' option from the menu |
Thanks for that tip. I had tried that previously with no effect, but after I deauthorized and then reauthorized, selecting that worked. |
I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 and just upgraded to 2.4. The notebooks don't sync. To tell the truth, I don't recall if they ever did (before the upgrade I mean).
