Typo in AB-3 Developer Guide

Hi!

In the tip at the start of the Design section of the AB-3 Developer Guide, it currently says

The .puml files used to create diagrams in this document docs/diagrams folder. Refer to the PlantUML Tutorial at se-edu/guides to learn how to create and edit diagrams.

Should it be something like

The .puml files used to create diagrams in this document are in the docs/diagrams folder. Refer to the PlantUML Tutorial at se-edu/guides to learn how to create and edit diagrams.

instead?
