You haven't addressed mac, windows and linux users separately (each need to follow a different procedure for set-up)

Team's Response

Our instructions are meant to work for mac, windows and linux users. We are not sure why the tester is asking us to address them separately. The tester did not explain the problem of not addressing mac, windows and linux users separately. Therefore the issue is unclear.
