[Nx Release] Out of sync package-lock.json after nx release version execution

Current Behavior

Running nx release version leave us with an out of sync package-lock.json file, so running npm ci is not possible

Expected Behavior

nx release version should update files without issues and npm ci should works...

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone this repo https://github.com/gperdomor/cvb and install reps
2. Execute nx release version and pick an option, like minor, pre-release, etc
3. Execute npm ci
