Summary
The 2018 IBC MOS Meeting voted in favour for V4/wss secure web socket.
Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, stacktraces, related issues, suggestions how to http://mosprotocol.com/current-version/additional-documentation/ (to be implemented and documented in the main protocol)
